BidPal Offers Free Mobile Donation Software

BidPal, Inc., a fundraising technology company, announced today that it will release new mobile donation software just in time to help nonprofits with their#GivingTuesday and end-of-year fundraising campaigns. The #BidPalGiving service will be offered free to BidPal clients during the month of December.

BidPal’s new mobile donation platform allows nonprofits to send targeted text messages direct to donors. But, unlike traditional text campaigns that direct donors to a website that has not been optimized for mobile devices, BidPal’s mobile donation platform directs donors to a mobile giving site designed exclusively for the #GivingTuesday or end-of-year campaign. An easy-to-use interface guides donors through the giving process and even shows real-time campaign results.

“BidPal is not your average mobile bidding partner. We’ve put our innovation engine to work on behalf of our nonprofit clients to develop a turnkey mobile communications and fundraising solution that easily dovetails with their existing campaigns,” said BidPal CEO Steve Johns.

#GivingTuesday is a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tues., Dec. 2, 2014, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.

To take advantage of BidPal’s free mobile donation software offer, clients need only sign up online using a special link, validate and upload their donor list, and pay the standard merchant credit card processing fees. BidPal will customize the nonprofit’s mobile giving campaign for December and execute all the details behind the scenes.
